I've been in the food industry for almost 15 years, seriously got into wine in 2020, and received my advanced sommelier certification (WSET level 3) afterwards.
My most formative hospitality experience was my time at Press in St. Helena (1 Michelin Star). The restaurant focuses on Napa Valley wine, has the largest collection of Napa Valley Wine in the world, and is a recipient of the Wine Spectator Grand Award.
Since then I've worked as an independent wine consultant and started my own wine venture focusing on sustainable, natural and biodynamic wines. I'm now enrolled in the Master of Champagne program, a nod to a region I love and the country I grew up in before moving to the US.
