Aubry Cabernet Sauvignon

Aubry Cabernet sauvignon is velvety, rich Cabernet created from grapes grown on a single one-acre vineyard in Coombsville. Their wines are inspired by vintner Dylan Lundstrom's experiences making wine in Europe, Australia, and South Africa, and represent a different style of Cabernet from what's traditionally made in Napa Valley. Aubry wines are meticulously farmed by hand using regenerative practices, and fermentation is completed using 100% native yeast and 24 months in French oak barrels.
