Aubry Wines started without a launch plan, a roadmap, or a marketing deck. Just one winemaker, one acre, and a quiet belief that Napa didn't always have to be loud. Dylan Lundstrom farmed the vineyard himself, picked the fruit, pressed it, and let the wine do its thing. For the first few years, the wines were shared with friends and opened at dinners. Eventually, people kept asking for more — and Aubry said yes.

The label is deliberately minimal. No tasting room, no wine club, no retail shelf space. Under 100 cases per vintage, sold direct to people who heard about it from someone they trust. Dylan's path to winemaking wound through Screaming Eagle, Portugal, and the University of Montpellier — a depth of study and experience that shaped every quiet, considered decision in these wines.
