The Eldorado is a blend of Viognier and Chardonnay. The resulting wine is quite ethereal, with a nose of fresh pear, crushed rock, honeysuckle, raw almond, and pastry flour. The entry is silky, with flavors of apricot, honeysuckle, pear, and a hint of minerality, deftly balanced acidity, and impressive length. This is a beauty.
