The 2020 Eldorado is a blend of 57% Viognier, 26% Roussanne, and 17% Grenache Blanc. The Viognier is from Ann Kraemer's Shake Ridge Vineyard, grown on a north-facing slope in rocky Sierra uplift soils. The Roussanne and Grenache Blanc are dry-farmed and head-trained, hailing from Ron Mansfield's Goldbud Vineyard, a gentle north-facing slope on an ancient caldera with super-red-lava-pebbly soils. The result is magic.

White Blend
The 2020 Eldorado opens with delicate aromatics of white fig, quince, honey, plumeria. The palate is silky and seamless, with deftly balanced acidity and an ethereal mouthfeel, with flavors of guava, Asian pear, exotic white flowers, pollen, pastry flour driving an incredibly long finish.
