2021 Elizabeth Rose Chockablock Red Wine

The Elizabeth Rose Chockablock comes from two vineyard sites, both in Yountville, from Ghost Block's estate vineyards. One is the 292-acre vineyard, Block House, planted to several different varietals including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec. Second, the Mill Race Vineyard, a 56-acre vineyard also planted to those red varietals. All these vines are farmed 100% Certified Organic. 

Moderately tannic texture on the palate which frames flavors of dark fruit, chocolate, and spices and a touch of good acidity to keep it well balanced.
