2019 Reserve Merlot

The grapes in this wine come from the Chiles Valley AVA, from the oldest family-owned winery in Napa Valley. This Merlot is an ideal companion to our fuller-bodied Cabernet offerings. It opens with aromas of bright red plum and raspberry aromas, with notes of violet and nuts. The soft tannins are complemented with vibrant acidity, and the oak adds hints of clove and baking spice. The wine ends with a long, smooth finish and lingering intensity.
