2021 Precioso Chardonnay

Precioso is Keller Estate's reserve Chardonnay — barrel fermented and aged in oak to develop richness, texture, and complexity. A more traditional California style than the Oro De Plata: golden apple, pear, almond, and a creamy mouthfeel with a finish of sea spray and river rocks. 95 points for the 2007 vintage from Wine Enthusiast, and the program has only deepened since.
