Breathless Brut

The flagship — 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, aged 24 months on the lees. Deep gold in the glass with fine, persistent bubbles. Brioche, tart apple, and a whisper of floral on the nose; melon, pear, citrus, and a hint of vanilla on the finish. This is the bottle that won Sweepstakes at the 2013 Sonoma County Harvest Fair before Breathless had even officially opened to the public. It's been the heart of the lineup ever since.
