2023 Rosé of Zinfandel

This Rosé is made from the old vine Zinfandel grapes we source from the Chiles Valley AVA. Once harvested, the whole clusters are gently pressed into small stainless steel tanks. The pressure used is very light, to obtain the optimal color from the skins. The wine is fermented slowly and under cool conditions to preserve the aromas and freshness.

This wine opens with inviting raspberry and strawberry aromas, with hints of white pepper in the background, and nostalgic pop rocks! The mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing, with bright acidity, and additional flavors of stonefruit and lemon zest. Drink chilled and with great company!
