Spicy and mineral with a layer of dark fruits balancing the savory herbal edge, this shows dark cherries, apricots, cured meats and cedar. The medium- to full-bodied palate has fine tannins and bright acidity, giving a complete textural mouthfeel. Co-fermented with 6% viognier. Delicious.
