The resulting Methode Champenoise Brut sparkling wine has a beautiful pale salmon color and lovely aromas of toast and strawberries. On the palate, the wine has mouthwatering sweet-tart fruit flavors of strawberry and grapefruit and a satisfying richness - all offset by a clean, crisp, slightly yeasty finish.
