2020 Pinot Hill Elite

Sourced from a small block in the Pinot Hill vineyard planted to our Elite selection, this wine opens immediately with aromas of muddled tree fruit, tamarind, white peach puree, wet stone, and the classic hibiscus tea note that has become synonymous with this block. On the palate we find a deeply silken yet stimulating texture reminiscent of citrus fruit confectionary that continues to evolve in the mouth, being rounded off by modest and finely interlaced tannins.
