The open exposure has a dramatic effect on the thickness of the skins and leads to intense fruit and bright acidity. They have an array of clones planted here, 828, 666, 777, Swan, and LT, which add layers of complexity to this Pinot Noir.
The El Coro Pinot Noir shows an array of bright hibiscus, vanilla, damp earth, and dark cherry aromas. In the mouth, layers of classic flavors like black cherry, forest floor, and pomegranate encounter exhibits of red plum and cassis.
