Laurel Glen's Sparkling Blanc de Blancs exhibits a beautiful creamy texture, subtle flavors of Meyer lemon and a clean, bright finish. This Méthode Champenoise beauty is 100% Chardonnay from the Fountaingrove District of Sonoma County. The bottles were aging on the lees for almost five years and  finished with a Brut dosage.
